Data Deletion Instructions
You can ask Ads Core (Individual Entrepreneur Ninecor) to delete the data we hold about you at any time. This page explains exactly how — including how to revoke our access to your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) data — and what happens when you do.
How to request deletion
Choose whichever is easiest — any one of these is enough:
- Email us. Send a message to hello@ninecor.com with the subject “Data deletion”, from the email associated with your account (or including the ad account you connected, so we can identify you).
- Disconnect in-product. If you have a workspace, disconnecting a provider (for example, revoking a connector or removing a connected Meta account in your settings) deletes the associated stored credentials and cached data for that connection.
- Revoke access on Meta’s side (see below) — and email us so we also erase any Meta data we still hold.
Revoking Meta (Facebook / Instagram) access
Because Ads Core acts on your behalf via the Meta Marketing API, you can withdraw that access directly from your Meta account:
- Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Go to Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations).
- Find Ads Core in the list of connected apps/integrations and select Remove.
Removing the integration revokes the access token we were using. To also have us delete any Meta advertising data we already stored (for example cached statistics or a structure replica), email hello@ninecor.com and we will erase it.
What we delete
On a deletion request we remove the personal data we hold about you, including, as applicable:
- your stored access tokens and connection credentials (Meta, Google);
- cached Meta advertising data and the account/structure replica we keep to operate the service;
- your conversations with the assistant and any uploaded media (images, video, documents, voice notes);
- report artifacts and spreadsheets metadata we generated for you;
- your account, workspace settings and contact-form submissions.
We do not delete data that we are required to retain by law, or anonymized/aggregated data that can no longer be associated with you.
What the automated Facebook request does. When Facebook sends us a deletion request on your behalf, we immediately and automatically erase the data we hold from Facebook about you: the Meta access token you granted us and the cached ad-account catalogue that came with it. Anything beyond that — your workspace, conversations, uploads and reports — is erased on request via hello@ninecor.com, so that a request cannot silently wipe a colleague’s shared workspace. We handle those within 30 days, as described below.
Timeline & confirmation
We action verified deletion requests without undue delay, and within 30 days. Residual copies in secure backups are purged on our routine backup-rotation cycle. When the deletion is complete, we confirm by reply to your request. There is no charge for this.
Check the status of your request
If you sent us a deletion request through Facebook (Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → View removed apps and websites → View → Send Request), Facebook shows you a confirmation code. Enter it below — or simply open the link Facebook gave you, which already carries it.
We never publish these codes, and the status page reveals nothing else about the request. Don’t have a code? Email hello@ninecor.com — the manual route below works just as well.
Need help? If you are unsure which data you want removed, or want to delete everything, just email hello@ninecor.com and we will guide you and take care of it.
