1. The service
Ads Core is an AI assistant for managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising. It reads statistics, builds reports, assembles campaign structures, fills spreadsheets and answers questions across a web workspace and connectors for ChatGPT and Claude. Objects the assistant creates are created paused and are never activated, published or charged without your explicit action. You remain in control of what goes live.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind yourself (and any business you represent) to these Terms, and to authorize us to access and manage the advertising accounts you connect.
3. Accounts & security
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@ninecor.com of any unauthorized use.
4. Connected platforms (Meta, Google and others)
By connecting a Meta Business account, a Google account, or another platform, you authorize Ads Core to access and act on that platform on your behalf via its API, using the credentials and permissions you grant. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies, including the Meta Platform Terms, Meta Advertising Standards and Google’s terms. Ads Core is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Google LLC. You may disconnect a platform at any time; see our Data Deletion page.
5. Your responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the advertising campaigns you choose to launch, including their content, targeting, budgets and all resulting spend and charges billed by Meta.
- You must ensure your advertising complies with the Meta Advertising Standards and all applicable laws and regulations.
- You are responsible for having the rights and consents necessary for any data, creatives or audiences you use.
- You must review campaign objects the assistant prepares before activating them.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including: violating any law or third-party platform policy; attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours; probing, scanning or interfering with the service’s security or infrastructure; reverse-engineering the service except as permitted by law; using the service to send spam, deceptive or prohibited advertising; or using it to build a competing product by scraping or bulk-extracting our software or data.
7. AI output
The assistant uses large-language-model providers to generate responses and suggestions. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and is provided for your assistance only — it is not professional advice and is not a guarantee of advertising performance. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and any actions you take based on them.
8. Fees, billing & refunds
8.1 Plans and prices
Ads Core is sold as a monthly software subscription, priced in US dollars (USD): Start — $19/month, Team — $29/month, and Custom plans priced individually by agreement. All features and channels are included in every plan; plans differ only in scale (Business Managersand admin-panel users). Current prices are published on our pricing page and are shown to you, together with the billing period, before you confirm a purchase.
8.2 Billing, renewal and receipts
Fees are charged in advance for each billing period and the subscription renews automatically for successive periods until cancelled. A receipt is emailed to you for every charge. If a renewal payment fails we may retry it and notify you; if it remains unpaid we may suspend access until the balance is settled.
8.3 Taxes
Prices are exclusive of sales tax, VAT or equivalent, which is calculated and added at checkout where applicable to your location.
8.4 Payment processing
Payments are collected on our behalf by an authorized third-party payment provider acting as the merchant of record for the transaction. That provider handles the checkout, card processing and applicable tax collection, and your bank or card statement may show its name rather than “Ads Core”. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details (see our Privacy Policy).
8.5 Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Refunds — including a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment — are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8.6 Price changes
We may change prices for future billing periods. We will give you reasonable advance notice, and the new price applies only from your next renewal — never retroactively. If you do not accept a new price, you may cancel before it takes effect.
8.7 Advertising spend is separate
Fees for the Ads Core service are separate from, and in addition to, any amounts Meta charges you for advertising. Advertising budgets are billed to you directly by Meta under your own agreement with Meta, on your own payment method; that money does not pass through us and cannot be refunded by us.
9. Intellectual property
The service, including its software, design and content (excluding your data and your content), is owned by the provider and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms. You retain all rights to your data and content; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service and provide it to you.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will achieve any particular advertising result.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, or for advertising spend, arising out of or relating to the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the provider from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from your use of the service, your advertising, your content, or your violation of these Terms or of any third-party platform policy or law.
13. Termination
You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required to protect the service or comply with law, or on reasonable notice. On termination, the rights granted to you cease; provisions that by their nature should survive (including §§9–12) will survive.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Georgia will have jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your place of residence.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
